- 2 hot dog buns
- 1 large handful grated mozzarella
- 1 large handful grated parmesan

- 400 g ground beef
- 400 g chicken
- 100 g stale bread
- 30 cl milk
- 1 egg
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of oregano
- 2 cloves garlic
- 60 g parmesan
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion
- 4 cloves garlic
- 3 tablespoons oregano
- 1 can of tomato pulp
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper

Start by chopping the onion and garlic.

Soak the stale bread in milk and let it absorb.

Mix the ground beef and chicken, then add the garlic, onion, and soaked bread.

Add the parmesan, salt, oregano, and the egg, then mix.

Shape the meatballs with your hands by rolling them vigorously between your palms.

Cook the meatballs in a hot pan with a drizzle of olive oil, brown them on all sides, then let them cook for 2 to 3 minutes over lower heat.

For the sauce: chop the onion and garlic.

Fry them in a pan with oil.

Add salt, pepper, and oregano, then the tomato pulp and mix.

Slice the bun on one side, then pour 2 to 3 tablespoons of sauce into the bun.
