- 200 g minced meat
- 500 ml chicken broth
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 egg white
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 bunch cilantro

Add a tablespoon of starch with a tablespoon of water and mix well. Add to the soup to thicken it. Turn up the heat and bring to a boil for a few seconds.
