- 150 g of pasta (here linguine)
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Espelette pepper
- 1 block of feta cheese
- 200 g crushed tomatoes

Place a block of feta in an oven-safe dish. Pour the crushed tomatoes around the block.
