- 500 g of potatoes
- 300 g of Reblochon cheese

Cut the potatoes into thin slices. Slice the onion.

Mix the ground meat, olive oil, Herbes de Provence, and minced garlic in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.

Butter the cassolettes and arrange in layers: a layer of potatoes, a layer of ground meat, and a layer of Reblochon. Repeat the process until the cassolette is full. Finish with Reblochon and sprinkle chives on top.

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Sauté the remaining potatoes with the sliced onions in a pan.
