- 2 avocados (small)
- 3 tablespoons Maggi seasoning
- 250 g flour
- 200 ml semi-skimmed UHT milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 sachet baking powder
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons chives

Mix the yeast and milk. In a bowl, make a well in the flour, add the salt, chives, and egg yolks. Mix gradually while adding the milk-yeast mixture. Whisk the egg whites until stiff, and fold them in gradually.
