- 1 eggplant

- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 60 g Parmesan cheese
- 1 MAGGI® Mediterranean Bouillon cube
- 80 g flour
- 80 g butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Sauté the vegetables and onion for 8 minutes with 1 spoonful of oil, covered.
