- 2 tablespoons honey
- 4 tablespoons olive oil plus more for the mold

- 1 kg red onion
- 1 pinch of powdered ginger

Preheat the oven to 200°C (gas mark 6/7). Peel and slice the red onions. Cut the chicken breasts into strips and sauté them with 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a frying pan.

Pour the remaining oil into a pan and sauté the onions with the honey after sprinkling them with ginger. Let the mixture caramelize. Add salt and pepper.

In the bottom of an oiled tart pan, arrange all the ingredients. Cover with pastry and bake for 25 minutes.
