- 1 KUB® or MAGGI® bouillon cube
- 800 g zucchini
- 1 egg (large)
- 150 g flour
- 250 g feta cheese
- 1 onion
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Wash and then grate the zucchini. Salt them and let them drain in a colander for 1 hour.

Peel and mince the onion. Chop the herbs and crumble the feta. Mix the onions, feta, crumbled bouillon cubes, eggs, and olive oil in a bowl, then add 1/3 of the flour.

Drain and rinse the zucchini. Squeeze them well and add them to the bowl. Mix everything together, form into balls, and coat them in flour.

Deep-fry them in oil at 180°C for about 6 to 8 minutes. Place them on paper towels and serve.
