- 600 g beef chuck steak, trimmed
- 1 spring onion
- sesame seeds
- grapeseed oil
- 3 sprigs of coriander
- freshly ground pepper
- 5 cl rice vinegar
- 5 cl sake
- 15 cl soy sauce
- 1 ginger shoot

Preheat the plancha grill to 200°C.

Take the meat out of the refrigerator at least two hours before preparation.

In a shallow dish, mix all the marinade ingredients together.

Sear the piece of chuck steak quickly on the oiled plancha for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
