- 200 g mung beans
- 100 g shredded coconut
- 400 g glutinous rice flour
- 100 g sugar
- 350 g sesame seeds
- frying oil
Steps
- 1
Soak the mung beans in water (1cm above the beans) for 1 hour in a saucepan. Then cook them for 20 minutes.

Add the shredded coconut and mix well. Form balls with the paste.
- 3
In a saucepan with 20cl of water, melt the sugar.
- 4
In a bowl, pour the glutinous rice flour and slowly add the sugar water. Mix well. It is normal if the dough is sticky.
