- 120 g butter
- 180 g flour
- 50 g brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 200 g milk chocolate
- 250 g white chocolate
- 100 g praline

For the shortcrust pastry: work the butter and sugar by hand. Mix well. Add the sifted flour and baking powder. Mix again until a smooth dough is formed.

Spread in a silicone mold or a buttered mold. Pack it down as much as possible and prick with a fork.
