  • 400 g of flour
  • 2 pots of yogurt
  • 100 g of lukewarm milk
  • 1 heaped tablespoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 sachet of dried baker's yeast
  • 600 g of cream cheese
  • 4 eggs

Steps

    For the dough: Warm the milk and mix it with the yeast and sugar. Let it rest for 15 minutes.

    Mix the salt and flour. Gradually add the yogurt and the milk with the yeast. Knead until a smooth ball of dough forms.

    Let it rise for 1 hour in a warm place.

    Once the dough has risen, divide it into 4 pieces. Roll out each piece and fold the edges to form a canoe shape.
