    Preheat your oven to 200°C. Unroll the dough into a tart pan, keeping the parchment paper. Prick it and cover it with a second sheet of paper. Add dried beans or coarse salt to weigh down the dough and bake for 15 minutes.

    Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler. Whisk the cream cheese with the fromage blanc, eggs, and brown sugar using an electric mixer. While continuing to whisk, incorporate the white chocolate.
