  • 1 broccoli (about 500g)
  • 6 tablespoons of flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of curry powder
  • cooking oil (sunflower)
  • salt and pepper
  • 200g Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 bunch of pink radishes
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin
  • 2 sprigs of mint

Steps

    Rinse the broccoli, remove the leaves and cut into florets. Boil in water for 5 to 6 minutes.

    Prepare the raita. Peel and chop the garlic clove. Wash and trim the radishes. In a bowl, pour the Greek yogurt, and grate the radishes and garlic over it. Add the cumin, mint, salt, pepper, and mix.

    Drain the broccoli and cool it under cold running water, then mash with a fork and add the curry, flour, eggs, salt, and pepper.

    Cover the surface of a large frying pan with 1 cm of cooking oil and heat it up.

    Place small heaps of broccoli using a tablespoon, shaping them into patties. Cook for 3 minutes on each side and drain on paper towels.
