Steps

  1. 1

Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F). Thinly slice the onion and mushrooms, mince the garlic.

  2. 2

Sauté them with a tablespoon of olive oil. Add 300g of "Roasted peppers and onions" Créations cooked tomato sauce. Season with salt and pepper, then set aside.

  3. 3

Melt the butter, then stir in the flour until golden. Gradually add the milk until you get a smooth béchamel sauce. Melt the grated cheddar and the rest of the "Roasted peppers and onions" Créations cooked tomato sauce into it. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.

  4. 4

Fill each tortilla with the mushroom and sauce mixture. Add half of the mozzarella pieces, half of the crumbled feta, and 3 chopped coriander leaves.

  5. 5

Fold the tortillas and place them in a baking dish. Pour over the cheese béchamel and sprinkle with the remaining diced mozzarella and crumbled feta. Dust with paprika and grated parmesan.

  6. 6

    Bake for 20 minutes.

  7. 7

Prepare the guacamole: mash the avocados with the lemon juice, sesame, paprika, salt, pepper, and the "Caramelized onions and shallots" Créations cooked tomato sauce. Mix well.

  8. 8

Prepare the side salad: dice the halloumi slices and sauté in olive oil until golden brown. Do the same with the pine nuts. Drain on paper towels. Wash the baby spinach, add the thinly sliced damson plums, the cooked halloumi, and the pine nuts. Season with salt, pepper, and the honey-balsamic vinegar dressing.

  9. 9

Serve the Heinz'chiladas on a plate with the guacamole, coriander, and salad.
