- 1 kg of potatoes
- 400 g of Brie de Meaux
- 25 cl of whole milk
- 25 cl of crème fraîche
- 1 knob of butter
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- 3 cloves of garlic

Peel and wash the potatoes before slicing them into rounds.
