- 2 ACCRO plant-based minced steaks
- 200 g crushed tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 1 celery stalk
- 5 cl olive oil
- 20 g tomato paste
- 5 cl red wine
- 1 sprig of thyme
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 1 bay leaf
- salt and pepper

Wash and peel the vegetables. Dice the onion, carrot, and celery stalk into a fine brunoise.

In a hot sauté pan, brown the crumbled ACCRO plant-based mince with olive oil for 2 minutes and 30 seconds until golden.

Add the diced vegetables and cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Then, deglaze with the red wine and let it reduce until almost dry.

Add the tomato paste, stir, and cook for a few minutes. Then, add the crushed tomatoes, thyme, a few parsley stalks, and the bay leaf. Season with salt and pepper.

Cover the pan and cook over low heat for 30 minutes. At the end of cooking, remove the thyme, parsley, and bay leaf. Check and adjust seasoning if necessary.
