- 8 slices of sandwich bread
- 12 slices of smoked bacon
- 30 pitted prunes
- 50 g of soft butter
- freshly ground pepper

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Take 18 prunes and cut them in half lengthwise.

Blend the rest in a food processor to make a prune cream.

Lay the slices of bread on the board. Spread each one with a little prune cream.

Cut the bacon slices in half and arrange three half-slices on each piece of bread, then distribute 9 prune halves over 4 slices of bread. Close with the other slice of bread.
